We take pride in delivering products of high and consistent quality. Food safety is embedded in the Group’s own standard, Orkla’s OFSS, combined with an IFS-certified quality management system that covers all key stages of production.

To ensure this high standard, we work systematically with:

  • The exclusive use of quality-approved raw materials
  • Consistent and safe production processes
  • Ongoing quality control throughout the entire process
  • Testing of both raw materials and finished products in our own as well as external laboratories
  • Evaluation of, among other things, taste, functionality and colour

We apply the same stringent requirements for quality and food safety at all our production sites and work every day with food safety throughout the entire value chain – from the cultivation of raw materials to the moment our products reach our customers.

Bæchs Conditori operates as an independent company within the ODENSE GROUP

ODENSE GROUP consists of Odense Marcipan A/S, Bæchs Conditori, IGOS and Frödinge Mejeri AB, located in Odense, Hobro, Hedehusene and Sweden, respectively.

We operate with four brands – ODENSE • BÆCHS • IGOS • FRÖDINGE – and supply high‑quality products within cakes, desserts, confectionery and fruit fillings.
